We work out of our studio in Brisbane, Australia. However, due to the nature of our business we are able to work with brands on an international scale. This has seen us work with brands based in New Zealand, USA, UK, Portugal and the United Arab Emirates to name a few.
Due to limited availability, we can be booked out two months or more in advance. Ideally you will contact us three months + in advance in order to secure your place within our schedule. We recommended that if you are in the mid to late stages of your products being completed that you contact us as soon as possible in order for us to create visuals for your products.
The pricing comes down to the scope of work involved in the project. This is based on how in-depth the styling, photography and editing process is required in order to achieve the overall goal for your visuals. Other aspects that are included within the pricing is the usage rights for the chosen mediums as well as GST. Props that need to be sourced will be an additional cost.
The aim is a 15-20 business day turnaround time after the products arrive. This allows for the creative process to flow and for us to have the optimal amount of time to create stunning visuals to the high quality we pride ourselves on.
A minimum spend per month is required over a contracted period of three months. The minimum spend was implemented in order to give you the ability to choose the services you need for your business each month. Allowing you to get the best out of your monthly packages. For example one month can be 15 photos and 1 stop motion and the following month could be 10 photos, 3 stop motions and graphics. At the start of each month a questionnaire will be sent allowing you to choose the services and how many within each service you are after, along with the direction you are wanting to go for that month and the style of photos. An example is lifestyle or product focused photos, if a new product is launching or you are wanting to push a certain product the focus for that month can be on that. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.You have the choice of paying a 50% deposit to secure your place within my schedule and to begin work or you can pay in full. If the deposit is chosen the remaining amount is to be paid before you receive the final photos.
We predominantly work with brands within the beauty, skincare, lifestyle and beverage industries. We also have experience with jewellery and fashion accessories. We do not work with baby or children related products.
Products are kept for all monthly clients. If you believe you will require more photos in the coming months after the original shoot, they can be kept. However, please note that after a period of time your products will be disposed of due to limited storage space. If you would like your products sent back it is required you supply a return postage bag or slip. Return postage will be paid by you.
